At Goal Nutrition, we ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. However, if any unforeseen situation requires a return or refund, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly for your convenience.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a cancellation or refund request:

• Order Cancellation:
  You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. No charges will apply for unshipped orders.

• Return Eligibility:
  Products are eligible for return or refund within 10 days of successful delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including seals, labels, and tags.

• Condition of Return:
  Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Products that are damaged, tampered with, or exposed to water, fire, or physical impact will not qualify for a refund.

• Refund Process:
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Costs:
  Please note that shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
