Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
  • During sales or festival seasons, dispatch time may be extended due to high order volume.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Occasionally, Goal Nutrition may offer free delivery as part of a promotional campaign.
  • All charges, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
For updates, contact our support team at support@goalnutrition.in if your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery, if possible.
  2. Immediately contact our customer support team.
  3. Record an unboxing video showing the issue — this helps us validate the claim.

If your order is missing items or incorrectly delivered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or tampered items will not be eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective.
  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

International Orders

Currently, Goal Nutrition does not ship internationally.
We aim to expand global shipping soon and will update this policy accordingly.
